REFUNDS
We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as they were at the time of delivery; with the original packaging and receipts/invoices attached.
We will refund the value of the returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 15 business days once the return is received at our warehouse at the address mentioned above. The return is subject to the mode of payment. Refund methods for different payment modes are mentioned as follows.
Card: In case the payment was made via Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card, the amount would be refunded to the source card within the above-mentioned timeline.
Cash on delivery: In case the payment was made at the time of delivery, the customer is required to share the bank account details via email along with the return request and the refund shall be processed in the provided account. In case of any incorrect details provided via the customer canopyglow team will not be held liable.
Please note, that even if the courier accepted a card or other non-cash payment on delivery, we will still refund the balance to the bank account provided by the customer.
Once the return shipment is received at our warehouse, the customer would be sent an email confirmation acknowledging the reciept of the return.
CANCELLATIONS
In case the customer wishes to cancel their order, they can do so without incurring any cancellation charges only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. In case the order is prepaid, a credit note/refund would be issued within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. But in case the order has been shipped, the cancellation request would not accepted. The order is usually dispached within 24-48 working hours.
